Zman Prints is one person, a growing wall of 3D printers, and a lot of filament.
Where this all runs
I'm Zac — the Z in Zman Prints. Everything you see on this site is printed in my garage in Santa Cruz, California. What started as one printer and a few flexi dragons has turned into a small print farm running most days, with multicolor printers so designs come off the bed already in their final colors — no painting, no assembly.
How the prints get made
Every design starts as a 3D model — either something I've designed and sculpted digitally, or a proven articulated design I've tuned for my printers. I test print, adjust tolerances so the joints move the way they should, dial in colors, and then run small batches so I can check each piece by hand before it ships.
Custom work
Have a logo, a sign, or your own 3D file? I turn business logos into keychains, desk displays and signs, and I print customer-supplied STL and 3MF files. Send it over and I'll quote it before anything gets charged.
Multi-material printers lay down each color in place — vivid, durable, no paint to chip.
Short runs, checked by hand. If a piece isn't right, it doesn't go out.
